I'm a movement coach and educator with more than a decade of experience in physical rehabilitation, orthopedics, biomechanics and kinesiology.

I help outdoor enthusiasts and everyday athletes build resilient strength and break free from the cycle of recurring injuries. I address muscle imbalances and mobility deficits to reduce preventable aches and pains, provide tools for managing chronic tension and teach simple, sustainable habits to help you train for longevity.
