I work with outdoor enthusiasts and everyday athletes to build resilient strength and break free from the cycle of recurring injuries. Together, we develop simple, sustainable habits to train for longevity. By addressing muscle imbalances, mobility deficits, and nervous system dysregulation, I help you reduce preventable aches and pains, manage chronic tension, and empower you to continue enjoying your favorite activities for years to come.

1:1 Virtual Assessments

I offer 1:1 virtual movement assessments and exercise programming for outdoor enthusiasts and everyday athletes who want to stay active without fear of injury, recover from nagging aches & pains, and build lasting strength to continue the activities they love well into their later years.

1:1 assessments are great for general health, wellness, and prevention.

I help fill in the gaps that traditional fitness programs often miss using my proprietary ACE Method©, which blends the best science-based exercises with sustainable movement patterns to target key muscle groups so you can build lasting strength and mobility, reduce your risk of injury, and feel empowered in your favorite activities.

My signature strength training program addresses muscle imbalances and mobility deficits to reduce preventable aches and pains, provides tools for managing chronic stress and teaches you how to train for longevity so you can explore the outdoors without recurring injuries.

This program is designed to build total body resilience so that you can enjoy your favorite activities well into your later years by teaching you how to train sustainably.

The proprietary ACE Method breaks down each workout into useful segments to meet you where you are in your journey to build strength from the foundation up. I cut out the bullshit and teach you how to target key muscle groups to reduce pain and build life-long strength to keep you on the trails for years to come. The ACE Method incorporates the best science-based exercises to keep you strong through unpredictable conditions on the trail and life’s unexpected plot twists.
